I stayed in a room that has a sewage smell all over and the room was in the ground floor of Old House light closed to the kitchen where people were staying all night couldn’t sleep a minute and when someone wakes up in the morning, you can hear them talking and walking so it was a terrible experience

My brother and me stayed in this hotel before and after hiking in Torres del Paine. The architecture and interior are modern and frankly impressive. The staff is amazing: very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The food was good, especially after coming back after 5 days of hiking. I hope I have opportunity to stay here again.

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."
